SMS/MMS Messaging Terms and Conditions
By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive text messages from Exceleron Marketing Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you consent to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from us at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include promotional offers, marketing messages, informational messages, reminders, updates, and other communications related to our products, services, or offers.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After submitting a STOP request, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You may also reply HELP for assistance or contact us at support@exceleronmarketing.com.
By opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us promptly.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, automated technology, prerecorded or artificial voice technology, or other automated messaging systems where permitted by applicable law.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may modify or terminate our SMS/MMS messaging program at any time. We may also change the telephone number, short code, or other identifier from which messages are sent. You agree that messages sent in response to an outdated number or identifier, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests sent to an outdated number or identifier.
Your participation in our SMS/MMS messaging program is also subject to our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use.

Privacy of Mobile Information
We respect your privacy. Mobile information, including your mobile telephone number and SMS opt-in consent information, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information with service providers and vendors that assist us in delivering text messages and operating our messaging program, but only to the extent necessary to provide those services.
SMS opt-in consent and related information will not be shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging services for which you opted in.
